Video Crews PR provides professional film-quality video production and studio-grade photography across Puerto Rico, including (without limitation): camera-crew hire, event & conference capture, live streaming, testimonial/interview production, training & compliance content (HIPAA/OSHA-aware), advertising/brand films, and drone/aerial cinematography, plus post-production (editing, color, captions, graphics). Through our website and SMS program, customers may receive updates, scheduling links, project communications, and promotional offers.

2. Eligibility

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent), and that you will use the Services only for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7) Production, photography & filming notices

Private productions: We use talent/location releases wherein consent, usage scope, and term are specified.

Public/venue shoots: We may post signage indicating that photography/filming is in progress. Entry may signify consent where permitted by law.

Sensitive environments: We work under NDAs and site rules; additional approvals may be required for clinical or restricted areas.

8) Data retention

Project media (raw footage/stills): Unless otherwise agreed in your SOW, we retain raws for 90 days after final delivery, then archive or securely purge. Extended archival is available as an add-on.

Business records & communications: kept as long as needed for operations, legal, and tax purposes.

Marketing preferences: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion where applicable.

9) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (e.g., access controls, encryption at rest/in transit where supported, checksum backups, least-privilege access). No method is 100% secure; please share only the data necessary for your project.
