Our streamlined video production process ensures clarity and quality at every stage. From strategic concept to polished delivery, we turn your product story into dynamic, high-impact visuals.
Tell us your shoot type, location, language needs, and timeline. We respond with a detailed quote and preliminary plan within 2 business hours—not 3 days like the big shops.
Lock your date with 30% deposit. Your producer coordinates crew, gear, permits, and creates your detailed call sheet. We've secured locations in San Juan's Financial District in 48 hours flat.
Multi-camera setups, cinema-grade glass, and pro audio. Benji directs every shoot personally—15+ years on narrative and commercial sets. You'll see the difference in the first take.
Polished 4K masters, plus social cutdowns, captions (EN/ES), and any format you need. Standard turnaround: 5 business days. Rush available.
where we excel
Our local approach delivers unmatched video production value.
Based in San Juan—no flights, no hotels, no per diem. But the real savings? No agency markup. Production companies typically add 30-50% on top of crew rates to cover their overhead. When you hire us direct, that markup goes back into your production budget: better gear, more shoot days, or faster turnaround.

Directed by Benjamin López (15+ years across indie film, broadcast TV, and agency work). We bring Sundance-level craft to your corporate shoots: Zeiss glass, controlled lighting, movement with purpose.
We've shot for pharma, healthcare, and financial services. HIPAA workflows, NDAs, secure file transfers, and audit-ready documentation. No learning curve on compliance.

English and Spanish from script to subtitles. Shoot once, deliver to US and Latin American audiences without re-shoots or translation delays.
Permits, location coordination, talent releases, insurance certificates—all the paperwork that slows other crews down. We handle logistics so you focus on content, not compliance headaches.

Ownership/usage: Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual, worldwide license to use the final edited videos across the media we agree (e.g., web, social, internal comms, events; add broadcast/paid ads if needed).
File delivery: Master files + agreed cutdowns/captions. We keep an archival backup unless an NDA forbids it.

Raw footage & project files
Raw footage (camera originals) & project files (Premiere/Resolve, working assets): Remain the property of Video Crews PR by default.
Access options:
Licensed access: We can provide selects or full rolls for internal use or future edits (fee covers prep, drives, and rights).
Buyout/transfer: Full assignment is available under a separate agreement and fee (covers crew IP, talent/crew releases, and any third-party license upgrades).
Storage: We maintain footage for a defined retention period (specify months) and then archive or purge per contract.
Third-party assets (music, stock footage, fonts, templates):
Licensing: These are licensed, not sold. Licenses are typically non-transferable and tied to the final edit and agreed usage (platforms, geography, term).
Upgrades: If you later add broadcast/paid ads/global usage, we’ll upgrade the licenses (additional fees from the providers).
Separation: Music/stock files usually cannot be redistributed as standalone assets.
Talent/location releases:
We secure releases matching your usage scope. Expanded usage (e.g., paid ads, OOH) may require additional clearances/fees.
Editing & derivatives:
You may create derivative versions of the delivered masters for the approved channels. If you need project files for in-house editing, add a project-file license or transfer to your SOW.
